Delivery/Refunds
Ordering and Delivery:
Orders and Payments
- Orders
will only be placed once payment has been received in full.
- We
do not carry any stock on hand.
- Payment
can be made by EFT or Payfast
- Payfast
payment cost 4% extra on the order value.
- Payfast
payments can take up to 4 working days to clear, so please note that any
order paid with Payfast might take 4 days before the items is shipped.
- All
Quotes are valid for 24 hours, quotes will incl shipping cost
- We
will send an order update once payment has been received and the orders
has been placed.
- Pre-Ordered
Items prices are subject to be changed once the item arrives, this is
mainly due to rand exchange rate fluctuations. The price might go either
up or down.
- Order
for single times usually take 2-4 days to be delivered after payment
clears.
- Orders
for multiple items might take a bit longer if items are sourced from
different suppliers.
- Full
PC orders. can take up to 7-10 days to complete.
Shipping:
- Shipping
will be provided via The Courier Guy, although we do sometimes use other
couriers.
- Please
note, shipping times does not reflect on when you will receive a ordered
item. Some items have a handling time due to stock availability from our
suppliers. example some items might only be available at certain branch
from my supplier and needs to be moved to our branches before we can
ship. Therefor shipping times does not display the time it will take to
receive the order after payment, but merely how long shipping will take
after the items are available.
- Shipping
is charged as below:

cost is R120 per order.
- Note,
shipping insurance is not included. If you would like your item to be
insured, please contact us so that we can adjust the cost accordingly.
- Unfortunately
Rockin IT is not liable for your parcels once its handed over to couriers.
We are not held liable for any parcels that is lost or stolen while in the
hands of the courier.
Our Store:
- We
do not have a walk-in store and do not keep any products on hand.
- Thus,
no collection will be available from us unless specifically arranged
before hand.
Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Rockin IT, we are committed to ensuring customer
satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible
for a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Cooling-Off Period
- If
you purchased an item through direct marketing (e.g., online or
tele-sales), you have the right to return the item within 7
business days of receiving it.
- Items
that are returned in original unopened condition will be
eligible for full refund less shipping costs. Note you are required to
send the item back to us at your cost.
- A 20%
Re-stocking fee will be charged for items that have been opened
and is returned with original box and all original parts/accessories.
- Rockin
IT has the right to charge a extra fee if a item is returned
without some or all of the original packaging or parts and accessories.
This amount will be decided by Rockin IT once the return has been
accessed.
- Photos
of the item and condition will need to be provided to use prior to return
so we can try access the condition before we receive it.
- All
items sent back to Rockin IT will be needs to be properly packaged. Rockin
IT will not be liable for any goods that has become damaged or missing
during shipping.
- Software
and consumables can only be returned if unopened.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If
you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you have the right to
return it within 6 months of receipt.
- You
can choose to have the product repaired, replaced, or receive a full
refund.
- The cost of returning the defective or damaged product
will be covered by us.
4. Incorrect Products
- If
you receive a product that does not match the description or
specifications provided at the time of purchase, you may return it within
10 business days of receipt.
- You will receive a full refund or a replacement
product, and we will cover the cost of returning the incorrect product
if the product is returned in unopened condition.
- Opened
products will incur a 25% Re-stocking fee.
5. Product Warranties
· All
items sold by Rockin IT are covered by the original supplier/manufacturer
warranty.
· Will
assist in getting items and replaced but it at the supplier/manufacturer
description if they will replace/repair the item or not.
6. Conditions that will void warranty
· Psychical
damage or misuse of the item ie: Item being dropped or misused.
· Faults
produced by normal wear and tear
· item
that was opened but an unauthorized party other than Rockin IT.
· Acts
of Nature: Water Damage, Rust, Corrosion, power surge damage, lighting damage, damaged by animals, excessive dust or sand.
· Items
that are not installed correctly according to the manufacturer manual.
· Items
that have been installed incompatible systems.
7. Process for Returns
- To
initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
info@rockinit.co.za within the applicable return period.
- Our
team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Once
we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your
refund or exchange within 31 business days depending on stock
availability.
8. Refunds
- Refunds
will be processed via EFT.
